On Friday, May 27th we left Chicago for Tahlequah and arrived home around 8pm. It was a long ordeal but I know it will be worth it. The doctor tells me it may take up to six months for everything to work as we intend. I am eager to see all of my Tahlequah friends and will be ready to go out again in a couple of weeks. Also, I am looking forward to a visit from one of my California friends, Riki, in June.
Thanks again for all your cards and prayers while I was away.
We miss you! It is very quiet around here. We also miss Janie and Gary!

So grateful you are home! And, I'm sure you are going to benefit from all the effort you gave toward this new health procedure!

Didn't we have a huge adventure the last 7 weeks! I am so proud of your courage and strength during your surgery and recovery. I know that with each passing day and week you will get closer to your ultimate goal. I miss spending time with you each day.
