In our last update, we told you that October 15 was to be the day for Beverly to travel to Chicago with Janie and be admitted to RIC - Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Well, the plans have changed a bit, and she will not be going this week. Beverly has been in Tahlequah City Hospital since last Thursday morning and is being released today! This is about 5 days longer than she wanted to stay! The trouble started with a UTI, and several side effects arose which prohibited her release!(We think they just like her so much there, they wanted to keep her!)
She is feeling good today and hopefully over the disappointment of this turn of events. Pauletta is working with RIC to get a new date (this all depends on bed availability of course) and we have high hopes that she can travel there in a week or so. We will let you know when it is definite.
