Leonard got back from Atlanta with the van Friday night and Beverly got to try it out on Saturday. It is so nice! Easy in and out, no waiting in the cold for the bus to show up, and it has a nice smooth ride. On the first trip Beverly's power chair was secured in the second seating row, but will probably be in the front passenger seat area (the seat was removed) from now on. The van is going to make it immeasurably easier to get out and about.


Pauletta and Steve are back from Arizona for another two weeks with Beverly, and Chris and Nemo are back at their home near Lake Tenkiller. When Pauletta left a month ago, Beverly promised that she would be much improved by the time Pauletta returned, and she kept her promise. Beverly has been feeling good, sleeping and eating well, and getting stronger every day.
