Weekends are so long in a hospital! There's no therapy except for respiration so the sisters fill in with arm, shoulder, leg and breathing exercises. We also try to keep Beverly's spirits up while she in impatiently waiting to get to Therapy. As you probably suspected, we heard nothing from Jim Thorpe Rehab Center on Friday so have no choice but to begin to look at alternatives. She MUST get on with this important work so she can regain some of her independence.


Your continued prayers and influence are so important to Beverly. Hopefully by Tuesday we'll have a new address to tell you about.

One bright spot in her room is the small Christmas tree Alison sent and Janie and Pauletta decorated.
