Nurse Summer called this morning to tell us that Deedy had a very peaceful night. Her blood count is good and even though she still has assistance with the ventilator, she is initiating breaths on her own. She was turned often during the night and appreciates massages of her hands and legs. Again, she is receiving excellent care. And the nurses say it is an honor to care for Miss Beverly.


We hope to hear from Dr. Mitchell today and will post our next visit with Deedy at 10am.
