We just left the hospital, and after leaving the parking lot saw a beautiful big rainbow! Steve commented that he thought it was a sign that things are getting better for Beverly...and I agree! We had a great day with breathing, with arm and hand resistance exercises, and another session of sitting on the edge of the bed with her feet dangling. While the therapists supported her, Pauletta gave her a nice long back massage. She loved it! Everyone who came in her room today, from doctors and nurses to all of the various therapists, all left her room with a big smile. Now, Janie is there to pamper her tonight. Janie leaves tomorrow to go home to Arizona to see if her husband Gary recognizes her after 43 days gone. They plan to return next week. Chris also gets here tomorrow and we can't wait! She always brings news from home, particularly about our Mother and Beverly's cat Deacon. And, Beverly is anxious for Susan ( her niece from Tahlequah) to arrive tomorrow for an overnight visit.

One last thank you to Mary Stephens (BGCO) for helping us arrange housing! We sincerely appreciate all of her help.
